JOB DESCRIPTIONS
• Developing and implementing sales strategist to achieve monthly sales target and prepare monthly sales report.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative Duties:
• Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, and direct inquiries to relevant departments.
• Provide support in sales/marketing, including drafting sales-related documents (online transfer payments received from customers) for further verification.
Warehouse & Inventory Duties:
• Perform general clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document warehouse management.
• Receive, inspect, and document incoming stock and materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update the system regularly.
• Assist in stock-taking and inventory audits to prevent discrepancies.
• Process orders, pack shipments, and coordinate deliveries.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of warehouse stock.
• Work closely with the logistics and procurement teams for stock replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.
• SPM/University diploma/degree or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience in a data entry or administrative role (preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Preparing Reports & Purchase Orders
• Handling orders from outlets, assisting with inventories, networking with vendors, preparing purchase orders and issue POs, send POs to suppliers, liaise with suppliers to make sure stocks arrive on time.
• Support the Department in administrative tasks, including preparing purchase orders.
• Engage with operations, warehouse, forwarders to ensure timely delivery of stocks.
• Preparing sales and stock reports, and managing damaged goods and returns.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of merchandise, manage inventory levels, and negotiate pricing and terms.
2. Inventory Management:
• Maintaining product databases, and compiling performance reports for management review.
• Stocking Keeping Unit (SKU) maintenance in company’s computer software.
• Adding / deleting SKUs as needed for reorder system.
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate stock deliveries, and conduct regular stock-takes.
• Ensure products are stored and displayed efficiently.
• Works with the accounts, warehouse teams to process store stock takes.
• Monitors, reports and rectifies warehouse locations in transit.
• Provide new barcodes, price list to stores.
• Reports negative stock position.
3. Reports and Analysis:
• Compile sales data and create reports to assist the merchandising team in making informed decisions.
• Analyse sales data and inventory reports to identify trends, forecast demand, and make recommendations for future merchandise purchases.
• Prepare sales, stock and incentive reports to send to suppliers.
4. Team Support:
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., marketing and operations) to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Facilitate communication between the merchandising team and other departments, such as finance, operations, and customer service, to ensure alignment on inventory management and sales objectives.
5. Assist in the development and execution of merchandising plans, including product selection, procurement, and distribution strategies to meet sales targets and customer demand.
6. Support the Department in other administrative tasks as assigned by Head of Department.
• A Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in Food Science, Quality Assurance or related field is typically required.
• At least 1 year of experience in quality assurance within the food industry.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or any other relevant courses.
• Proficiency in quality management system.
• Have broad knowledge on Halal Management.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with management and regulatory bodies.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
• Check, recorded and verify Nestle record on daily basis.
• Assist in preparing Nestle samples and collect all the samples to courier to Nestle Chembong on daily basis.
• Perform weekly swab test for Nestle area.
• Check on Nestle out-going finished goods before delivery.
• Involved in sensory checking of chocolates quality.
• Act as Document Controller for the ISO 22000:2018, FSSC 22000 and ISO 9001:2015.
• Ensure all original copy of the Food Safety Management System is being classified as Master Copy and the manual is being kept only by the Document Controller and FSTL.
• Stamp all new revision documents either as Control Copy or Uncontrolled Copy before being distributed to the related department.
• To distribute and communicate of the latest update or any revise or new document under 22000:2018, FSSC 22000 and ISO 9001:2015. to all related department.
• Be present and involved during audit / assessment of 22000:2018, FSSC 22000 and ISO 9001:2015. or any other third-party food quality and food safety audit. (by SIRIM, MOH, NESTLE, JAKIM & others).
• To review the daily inspection form performed by on-line QC staffs.
• Assist QC online checking, material receiving, goods loading / unloading and other QC related activities when necessary (in the absence of QC personnel appointed).
• To monitor the stock level of GMP and hygiene related items for production and cleaner usage (eg: detergents, gloves, face mask, hair cover, shoe cover, apron and rubbish bag) in the absence of appointed QC Personnel.
• To involve in product development including preparation sample, ingredient list and nutrition fact.
